Grease Control Program Business Registration

Complete the form to confirm your business details with Seneca Light & Water's digital Grease Control Reporting program. 

Once enrolled you’ll receive an email invitation with access to a unique business profile. Here you’ll upload Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) maintenance documents and monitor your compliance. This is a free way to help stay in compliance with Seneca Light & Water’s Grease Control Program.

What is SwiftComply?

A software system that allows you to upload your grease control device maintenance documents directly to City of Seneca's database.

What does it cost?

Nothing! Participation is free and required to stay in compliance with City of Seneca's Grease Control program.

Why should I enroll?

To remain in control of your compliance status with City of Seneca's Fats, Oils, and Grease Control Program.

Can my hauler upload my records for me?

Seneca's area service providers have been invited to join the system. If your service provider is participating, it will be able to upload your documents on your behalf with your authorization. You'll be able to view the documents the service provider uploads from your SwiftComply business profile.

*Please note, haulers are not required to sign up, so if yours is not participating you will need to upload your documents.

I or one of my employees clean out the grease control device; what should we do?

Complete your maintenance record-keeping log as usual, then take a photo and upload it to your SwiftComply Digital Compliance Profile. This can be done with any smartphone, no need for a scanner or desktop computer!
