It’s Compliant! All commercial sewer users with control devices are required to enroll and maintain updated service records to stay in compliance with the Town of Cave Creek’s Pretreatment Program.
The Town can review your compliance documentation without inspecting your facility. If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to resolve it, saving everyone time and resources!
Waste service providers have been invited to join the system. If your service provider is participating, it will be able to upload your documents on your behalf with your authorization. You’ll be able to view the documents the service provider uploads from your SwiftComply business profile.
*Please note, pumpers/haulers are not required to sign up, so if yours is not participating you will need to upload your documents directly.
Complete your maintenance record-keeping log as usual, then take a photo of it and upload to your SwiftComply Digital Compliance Profile. This can be done with any smartphone, no need for a scanner or desktop computer!
You run the risk of having your water and sewer services terminated!
